Before you buy
What format are the files in?
Contracts and documents in Word (DOCX), easy to edit, plus PDF. Graphic templates as a Canva link, spreadsheets in Excel (XLSX). The format is listed with each product.
Are the templates up to date with Czech law?
They are based on the current Czech Civil Code and common practice. A template does not replace legal advice — for unusual situations we recommend consulting a lawyer.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
For digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once we deliver the content with your express consent. If a file will not open or is faulty, we will of course replace it or refund you. Details are in the terms and conditions (in Czech).
Can I get a company invoice?
Yes, just add your company ID to the order. We are not VAT registered, prices are final.
Can't find what you need?
Write to us. We prepare documents, translations or graphics to order — in Czech, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
